What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tow Truck Driver position at Midwest Tow and Auto LLC?
We are looking for a professional, experienced tow truck driver who can step in and get to work immediately. This is not a training position.
What the job looks like: Daytime hours include shop work (cleanup, organization, assisting as needed) when not on calls
After-hours & on-call towing
Independent roadside calls and recoveries
Customer-facing role — professionalism is a must
Pay Structure: Hourly pay (based on experience) After-hours tows paid as a percentage (typically ~30% per tow)
Overtime opportunities available
Requirements (please do not apply if you do not meet these): Prior towing or commercial driving experience Valid MO Driver’s License (Class E or CDL preferred) Clean driving record 21 (insurance requirement) Ability to pass background check and drug screen Reliable and able to work nights, weekends, and on-call.
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
