Main Purpose of Position:
The Benefits Specialist will manage the end-to-end administration of the company’s employee benefits programs while providing critical administrative assistance to senior leadership. This individual acts as a primary liaison between employees, vendors, and the management team, ensuring both HR compliance and seamless executive operations.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Work with external brokers and vendors as well as internal legal teams to maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, updating policies and procedures in support of any changes
- Assist management in open enrollment including benefit guidebooks, open enrollment meetings and employee communications
- Serve as point of contact for escalated employee questions related to US benefits
- Act as main point of contact for brokers, vendors, and internal HR partners related to day-to-day operation of US benefits
- Partner with vendor contacts regarding escalation of issues and partnering with vendor representative on file errors from benefit enrollment system to vendors
- Executive Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and organize logistics for leadership-led events
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive management tasks with strict confidentiality

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience: 3 years in benefits administration, with at least 1–2 years supporting senior management or in a high-level administrative role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Good Oral and written communication skills

- Organized, and strong attention to detail
This is a full-time position in Indianapolis, Indiana. The job is staffed and managed by Midwest Technology Partnership, reporting to the Manager of Resources working with our Client Benefits Team.
This position requires on-site attendance at Client’s headquarters two days a week. On-site hours may be flexible between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
