What You’ll Do
- Assist customers through the full vehicle purchase process
- Build relationships and create repeat & referral business
- Learn and follow a proven sales process (we train you)
- Work with managers, BDC, and service to deliver a world-class experience
- Use CRM tools to track customer activity and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
