We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Duties
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal components.
- Perform welding using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), adhering to AWS (American Welding Society) standards and ASME codes.
- Operate rigging equipment for lifting and positioning heavy materials safely on construction sites or within fabrication shops.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts with plasma cutting tools, press brakes, and machining equipment while following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures and handling materials responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and processes to meet project deadlines.
- Use forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed for moving heavy loads around the shop.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with welding techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with a tape measure
- Experience operating fabrication shop equipment such as plasma cutters, press brakes, power tools, and machining tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in manufacturing environments while maintaining high safety standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.75 per hour
