We are currently hiring for several well-established metal fabrication and manufacturing companies in the Fargo–West Fargo area. These facilities offer modern equipment, steady production schedules, and long-term career growth for skilled manufacturing professionals.

• Brake Press Operators
• Tube Laser Operators
• Laser Cutting Operators (Sheet & Tube)
• Quality Inspectors
• Welders (MIG & TIG)
• CNC Press Brake Forming
• CNC Machining & Fabrication

Pay: Competitive and based on experience, skill level, and specific client placement.

Position HighlightsBrake Press Operator

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment
• Select tooling and adjust machines as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, bend charts, and work instructions
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Tube Laser Operator

• Set up and operate tube laser cutting machines
• Load and unload materials while verifying specifications
• Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and cut lists
• Monitor machine operation and perform basic maintenance
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Quality Inspector

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components
• Interpret blueprints, tolerances, and technical specifications
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Document inspection results and report non-conformances
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Welder (MIG & TIG)

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Perform welds to specification and quality standards
• Operate fabrication tools (grinders, drills, cutters)
• Maintain equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

General Qualifications (Role Dependent)

• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
