Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of:
- Toilet compartments
- Restroom accessories
- Metal lockers
- Visual display boards and other Division 10 items
- Follow installation plans and project instructions accurately
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate project updates and issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Experience in general construction is required
- Must be reliable with a strong attendance record
- Ability to lift 80 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Familiar with workplace safety protocols
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday – Friday
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- End Time: 4:00 PM
Work Location
- Based out of Paragon, IN
- All work is performed in Central Indiana — no overnight travel required
