Job Overview
Midwest Site Development LLC is a fast‑growing site work and underground utility contractor serving Central Ohio. We specialize in waterline, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, grading, and full site development projects. Our crews handle everything from excavation and trenching to pipe installation, backfilling, and site preparation commercial, and municipal projects.
We are currently seeking motivated Laborers, Pipe Layers to join our team. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety‑focused, and ready to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment. Experience in underground utilities or site development is preferred but not required for laborer positions.

Laborers and Pipe Layers- site work/water/sanitary/storm
Positions available-
Laborers -
Entry level and experienced laborers for site development and underground utility work and general laborer duties.
Pipe Layers (site/water/storm/sanitary)-
Experienced pipe layers for waterline, sanitary, and storm sewer installation.
Responsibilities include-
Setting and laying pipe to grade
Installing fittings, structures, and bedding
Reading grade stakes and using lasers
Working closely with operators and Forman
Ensuring safe trench conditions
Work includes-
Waterline installation
Sanitary sewer installation
Storm insulation
Site grading and excavation
Requirements-
18
Valid driver license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic
Pipe layers applicants must have utility installation experience
