We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installation Tech Apprentice to join our security systems team in Indianapolis, IN. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians to learn the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems including alarms, cameras, access control, and other related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation and setup of security systems at residential and commercial locations.
- Learn to mount and configure security cameras, alarm panels, sensors, and access control devices.
- Run wiring and cabling according to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure quality service.
- Complete training and certification programs as required.
Qualifications
