What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Laborer position at Midwest Sealcoat, Inc.?
Midwest Sealcoat is looking to hire fulltime laborers; Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Must have the ability to safely operate company equipment and vehicles
- Must be able to properly care for company equipment and vehicles
- Must be able to follow and understand instructions as well as take directions from foreman or crew leaders
- Must have a willingness to work, be dependable and punctual
- Must have availability to work up to 7 days with varying hours
- Laborers must be able to lift 50 or more pounds
- Laborers will be required to walk and stand most of the workday
- Looking for individuals with Sealcoating and Asphalt experience, both machine applying and hand applying
- Looking for individuals with equipment operator experience using skid steers/rollers/pavers/lute/tampers/compactor plates
- Compensation varies based on abilities and experience
- Note: not all listed skills are required to apply, we are willing to train employees
