Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Asphalt Parking Lot Striper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible restriping parking lots helping with cleanups and seal coating . Dutie

• Assist with site preparation by clearing debris and ensuring the work area is safe and organized
• Using hot crack filling to fill cracks.
• Supportoperations by assisting with material handling and site cleanup
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing proper personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through basic inspections and reporting any issues promptly

Requirements

• Prio experience or familiarity with asphalt and striping projects preferred
• Experience operating machinery
• Knowledge of utility locating techniques and safety procedures on construction sites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended period
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
