General Duties:
- Process payroll

- Ensure compliance with federal, state & local law.
- Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.

- Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- An associate degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management is preferred
- Relevant experience is required (starting pay will reflect the amount and level of experience)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
