Midwest RoofPros & Construction is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing roofing sales team in the Tulsa area. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will help homeowners and property managers with roof inspections, insurance claim assistance, and project management from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and earning uncapped commissions. No roofing experience is required — we provide training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Perform roof inspections for storm damage and general wear
- Educate homeowners about the roofing process and insurance claims
- Assist homeowners with insurance claim documentation and approvals
- Schedule inspections with insurance adjusters when needed
- Provide accurate estimates and explain project details to customers
- Manage projects from contract signing to job completion
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
- Work with office staff and production team to ensure quality installations
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfortable knocking doors and speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation
