While duties may evolve over time based on business needs, the Siding Laborer
role generally includes:
● Diagnose and repair siding issues efficiently.
● Diagnose and repair roof leaks and damage efficiently
● Diagnose and repair different types of gutter systems.
● Install various types of siding and soffit and fascia.
● Install, replace, and repair shingles, flashing, and underlayment
● Work safely on a variety of residential siding and roof systems
● Deliver a professional, positive experience for every customer
● Ensure all work meets our high - quality standards
● Maintain clean and safe job sites
● Work 40 hours a week, with overtime eligibility and rotating on-call weekends
● This role may include additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
