What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Superintendent position at Midwest Roofing?
Looking for one driven individual who wants to help raise the bar for the industry. Superintendent will work on-site hand in hand with roofing crews, ensuring manufacturing specs are met and installations are following the "Midwest Way". This position is also responsible for liaising with inspectors, Corporate Operations, homeowners, and sales representatives. The position will also be utilized to lend capacity to siding, guttering and general construction where needed. The ability to travel between Columbia and Springfeild on a day to day for jobs-sites is a must. Midwest Roofing provides the Vehicle and Fuel for work travel. Most jobs will be within 1 hour of Eldon, Missouri. To qualify, we need to see 1-3 years experience that proves your capacity to provide the above stated roles and responsibilities. Experience also needs to be within the last 10 years. A sign on bonus of totaling $1,000 total paid in quarterly disbursements, is being offered in addition to a great career.
