General Accountabilities include:
- Directing the work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor
- Training of employees
- Provide input on disciplinary issues
- Exceptional sanitation
- Food Safety / Food Defense
- Fair and professional treatment of all associates
- Monitoring breaks and lunches
- Controlling housekeeping activities
- Building inspection/GMP/ inventory/ osd control
- Expected to help cover for the Supervisors vacation and PTO
- Other duties as assigned
- Help with CSR functions
- Working together as with management team
- High School Diploma ( or equivalent)
- Experience Operating Forklift or Pallet Jacks
- Previous Experience with RF Controlled Inventory Systems
- Previous Experience Handling Food Products (a plus)
