National Account Manager

Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven National Account Manager to manage key retail accounts, drive sales growth, and develop strong customer relationships. This role requires strong presentation skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to growing business.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned national accounts and schedule seasonal appointments.
- Create and deliver presentations to small and large customers.
- Set and achieve revenue goals; grow existing accounts and pursue new business.
- Analyze POS data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Understand ROI, costing, and financial impacts of account programs.
- Participate in trade shows (setup, selling, networking, and teardown).
- Support promotions and communicate with external rep groups.
- Process and manage orders with attention to delivery timelines and inventory.
- Submit daily activity notes and maintain organized account information.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required; national/key account experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Able to travel at least 40%.
- Team-oriented and highly organized.
