- Manage and maintain schedules for multiple team members in online scheduling software.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
*** Requirements ***
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Knowledge of construction services.
- Proficient in using computerized scheduling program for scheduling and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written, and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
