About the Role:The Shipping & Receiving Lead plays a critical role in managing and overseeing all shipping and receiving operations within the organization to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient movement of goods. This position is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The lead will work closely with logistics, inventory control, and customer service teams to optimize workflow and resolve any issues related to shipments. They will also be instrumental in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
