Midwest Pool Management is seeking enthusiastic Swim Coaches for summer municipal swim teams around the general St. Louis area.
Head Coach, Assistant Coach, & Dive Coach positions available!

- Coaches are responsible for creating a safe swimming environment for children ages 5-18.
- Coaches will conduct structured and organized daily practices, plan swim meets, and work with other coaches and parents for a successful and fun season.
- Coaches must attend all practices and meets.
- Season is approximately 10 weeks long - season begins at the end of May and goes through the end of July.
- Before coaches can begin working, they MUST fill out hiring paperwork AND the required Coaching Contract received when the employees' position is confirmed. These will be sent to the email you provide on the application you submit.
- Prior experience preferred but not required for all positions*
- Coaches must have strong swimming abilities*
