As a Business Analyst you will be a critical part of our organization by serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. This role focuses on understanding business processes, particularly those supported by ERP systems—identifying opportunities for improvement and helping deliver process changes and IT enhancements that improve operational efficiency and data quality.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal development and application teams, support IT projects from requirements definition through user acceptance, and help ensure ERP solutions such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms meet business needs and are successfully adopted.
This role is an in-office position (no remote work) and is well suited for an entry-to-mid-level professional looking to build hands-on experience in business analysis, ERP systems, and traditional IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process & ERP Analysis
- Learn and understand core business processes across functions such as finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Analyze how business processes are supported by ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in processes and system configurations.
- Assist in documenting current-state and future-state business processes and system workflows.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Elicit business requirements through interviews, meetings, and process walkthroughs.
- Translating business needs into clearly defined functional and business requirements.
- Document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria using standard IT documentation practices.
- Ensuring requirements align with business objectives and IT standards.
IT Project Support
- Support traditional IT project lifecycles including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
- Work closely with internal IT development, application, and ERP teams.
- Maintain requirements documentation and support issue resolution during project execution.
- Act as a primary communication conduit between business users and IT teams.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop test scenarios and test cases based on documented business requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities with business users.
- Track, document, and help resolve defects and issues.
- Support formal user acceptance and sign-off.
Change Support & Communication
- Assist with communication of system and process changes to end users.
- Support creation of basic training materials and end-user documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role.
- Foundational understanding of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Experience gathering and documenting business or functional requirements.
- Understanding of traditional IT project delivery methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on ERP experience supporting modules such as finance, operations, or supply chain.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or accounting environments.
- Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP reporting or basic data concepts.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business stakeholders or project needs.
