What we ask of you:

- Able to be interrupted frequently & return to task completion
- Manage upset clients & resolve the issues
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Required to drive manual transmission
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with an excellent experience from first point of contact through to completion of services
- Answer phone calls, respond to text messages and emails
- Create service appointments based on technician workload
- Document client concerns effectively for technicians to investigate correctly
- Document technician findings clearly and effectively to address client's concerns
- Work with technicians to build estimates and create repair plans best suited for our clients
- Clear communication with clients and other staff members
- Correctly source parts for repairs and services across multiple vendors
- Set pricing on parts & labor
- Check clients out when picking up vehicle after completion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
