Midwest DOT is looking for a DOT Medical Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into healthcare or expand their clinical skillset without needing prior experience. We will train the right person and cover the cost of required certifications.
This role is hands-on and plays a critical part in keeping commercial drivers safe and compliant on the road.
What you will be doing:
• Performing drug screens and breath alcohol testing
• Assisting with DOT physical exams
• Taking vitals, vision, and hearing assessments
• Supporting daily clinic operations and patient flow
What we are looking for:
• Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Strong with people and communication
• Willing to learn and grow in a clinical setting
Pay: $18 to $22 per hour with structured raises based on training and competency
No experience required. We are more focused on finding the right person than the perfect resume.
