Midwest Monitoring a leading provider of Offender Monitoring Services in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Field Officer working out of the Bemidgi, MN area.
Primary duties Contacting, Scheduling Setup Time and Meeting with client to explain program rules and setup Home Monitoring equipment. Contacting and meeting with clients to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Managing and cleaning an inventory of equipment, Make weekly stops at designated location for equipment pick-up, Taking Payments & depositing those payments into the bank regularly.
This is a salaried position with staff working directly with clients to setup and managing the client install/meet-up times. Company Car, Fuel Card, Laptop & Cell phone are provided for work purposes. Generally the hours will fall in the 10:00am to 8:00pm range.
Professional people pursuing the Criminal Justice field a plus. Many of our staff have gone on to work within County & State agencies. Candidates will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone skills, a positive/professional demeanor. Must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to pass the background check. AA/EOE'
