What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at MIDWEST MEMBERS CREDIT UNION?
Responsibilities Include:
Assist membership with financial needs by means of telephone and chat interaction. Analyze member account data and process member transactions. Recognize cross selling opportunities regarding credit union products and services. Perform various Clerical and Servicing duties as assigned. Back up Receptionist as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication skills. Organizational and computer skills. Attention to detail. Knowledge of credit union systems, and products/services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.11 - $18.89 per hour
