Field Operations Associate
Location: Wheeling, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM Start | 30–40 Hours/Week
Compensation: $25/hour | 1099 Independent Contractor

This is not simply a driving position. You'll become an essential part of the operational engine that supports surgeons, hospitals, and our clinical teams every day.
What You'll Do
- Transport medical device trays, implants, and equipment between hospitals, surgery centers, and our operations facility.
- Prepare inventory for upcoming surgical cases.
- Receive, inspect, clean, organize, and restock surgical assets.
- Verify inventory accuracy and identify missing or damaged equipment.
- Coordinate daily logistics with our Operations Team and Clinical Specialists.
- Maintain an organized warehouse and staging area.
- Load and unload surgical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Represent MMG professionally while interacting with surgeons' offices, hospital staff, and surgery centers.
- Help solve daily logistical challenges while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What Success Looks Like
The right person becomes someone our team never has to worry about. You keep commitments, solve problems before they become problems, protect valuable surgical assets, and allow our surgeons and clinical teams to focus on patient care.
Qualifications Required
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable driving throughout Chicagoland.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
Preferred
- Warehouse/logistics experience.
- Medical device or healthcare experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- Box truck experience (CDL not required).
