Diesel Mechanic – Hands-On Work, Real Growth Opportunities

The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic who enjoys diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. You’ll work on a variety of customer and dealer-owned equipment, handling everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs and diagnostics.
Strong ag diesel experience includes working with hydraulics, electrical systems, and CAN bus technology, along with the ability to diagnose and repair major components. You may rebuild, replace, or repair components such as engine heads, engine blocks, starters, and transmissions.
You’ll keep accurate records of repairs and service work, follow safe and efficient repair practices, and stay current on the latest diesel technology, equipment systems, and diagnostic tools. You’ll also have support from Service Managers and Senior Technicians to help ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently.
While other Diesel shops may slow down or cut hours, we don’t do layoffs. Our technicians stay working, stay earning, and stay moving forward.
Purpose
The focus of this role is to provide high-quality service and repairs while supporting customer satisfaction, safety, and teamwork. Technicians play an important role in keeping customers’ equipment working and their operations moving.
