Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Paralegal = 3 years assisting in the drafting of trusts, will, and other estate planning documents
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
· Must speak excellent English, bilingual preferred.
· Highly proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Good understanding of legal strategies and position of clients
· Strong creativity and desire to innovate with new strategies to better service our clients and to streamline our firm
· Experience communicating with clients and other parties involved in the estate administration process
· Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead and delegate
· Resilient problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail including grammar and spelling
· Solid base of customer-service
· Good knowledge of legal research techniques and databases
· Excellent knowledge of basic office programs, Law Management Computer Software and online applications
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies)
