Overview
Midwest Landscapes is gearing up for another busy snow season, and we’re looking for skilled, reliable, and hard-working crew members to join our Snow Removal Team!

What We Offer:

Hours:
Snow removal crew members' hours will vary. We work when it snows – days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a 24/7 on-call position.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate snowplows, salt trucks, and other snow removal equipment
- Shovel and clear walkways, driveways, and other areas as needed
- Stay on top of changing weather conditions and respond quickly
- Always put safety first while getting the job done right
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience running snow removal equipment (preferred, not required)
- Adaptable to long shifts and varying winter weather
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work when the snow falls
- Reliable transportation
