What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman - Jack of all trades- Odd Jobs- Cleaning- Repairs - Maintenance position at Midwest Laminating?
We are looking for reliable hard working people for part-time work.
Immediate need for handyman / jack of all trades / builder /remodeler / painter / landscaper/cleaning doesn't mind doing anything type of people that can do a little of everything and are really good at doing it. We have several properties in the southwest suburbs of cook county that need carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, remodeling, flooring, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, landscaping, lots of other misc. repairs, cleaning and etc.
We know we can't find just one person that is capable of doing all of these things so please let us know all the stuff you are good at doing and an hourly pay rate you are looking for?
This is only part time so please let us know what your availability is. This could be a long term part time relationship because we constantly need projects done.
Must have tools, transportation and a valid drivers license. Must be hard working, trustworthy, reliable and dependable. Please send a resume if you have one. Please also send pictures of any of projects or work that you have completed.
This is only part time so if you have another job and are looking for side work that's fine with us.
