Production Support Associate
We are hiring a Production Support Associate to support daily operations in a rural facility north of Wisconsin Dells, WI. This hands-on role assists with production activities in chemical, humic, and fermentation areas, including equipment support, material handling, cleaning, recordkeeping, and general plant support. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable transportation is required. Experience in agriculture, chemical, fertilizer, warehouse, or production environments is preferred. High school diploma or GED and 1 years of related experience preferred.
Location: Grand Marsh, WI. (north of Wisconsin Dells, WI)
Employment Type: Full-time (Seasonal through Oct/Nov)
Overview
This role supports day-to-day plant activities, helps maintain production flow, and ensures work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company standards.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates must have reliable transportation due to the rural location of the facility.
What You’ll Do
- Support production activities across multiple departments as needed.
- Assist production operators with monitoring product applications, measuring materials, calibrating equipment, and operating blending equipment and pumps.
- Help clean, store, and maintain production equipment after use.
- Assist with receiving, moving, loading, and unloading products and materials.
- Complete recordkeeping and basic documentation as assigned.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas through general housekeeping.
- Support railcar cleaning, tote washing and repair, product screening, toting, jugging, bagging, and wastewater handling.
- Assist with seasonal crop harvesting and other special projects as needed.
- Provide backup support, attend training sessions, and perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn production equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Understanding of OSHA and environmental safety requirements, or willingness to learn.
- Experience in agriculture, chemical, fertilizer, warehouse, or production settings is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years of related experience and/or training.
Work Environment
This role is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, with some indoor work. The position involves working around moving machinery, equipment, and moderate to high noise levels depending on the task.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, including bending.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to read instructions, operate equipment, and visually inspect materials and parts.
