2nd Shift Cleaning/Janitorial

Midwest Janitorial Service is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a part-time cleaners.

Position: Tuesday - Saturday, after 4 pm. Saturday shift has flexible start time. This position involves cleaning entrances, stairwells, office areas and break areas in a manufacturing plant.

This position requires background screening and drug testing.

Position Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, arrives on time, and stays focused throughout the entire shift. Excellent customer service is essential, as duties are performed around clients during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and disinfecting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Window and restroom cleaning
• Dusting and trash removal
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in shared spaces

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and stand for the full shift
• Must be able to lift 20–30 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must pass a background check & pre-employment drug testing
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of professionalism
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and stay on task

Compensation:

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
