EARN EXTRA $$ – Evening Cleaning Position
Midwest Janitorial Service is hiring part-time, second-shift cleaners for a facility in Oelwein.
Position Details
- Schedule: 3 evenings per week
- Shift Length: 2.5-3 hours per shift
- Start Time: After 6:00 PM
- Pay: $17.50/hour ($16.50 base $1.00 performance/attendance bonus)
- Great opportunity to work with a friend or family member
Responsibilities
- General cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming (including backpack vacuum), dusting, trash removal
- Window and restroom cleaning
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters, tables, etc.)
- Following safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, lift 20–30 lbs., and remain on feet entire shift
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Must pass a background check
- Strong customer service skills (work may be performed around clients)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with professionalism
