π What You'll Do
β’ Prospect relentlessly β cold calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach β you name it, you do it
β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Midwest region
β’ Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
β’ Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools
β’ Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
β’ Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale

β What We're Looking For
β’ 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in imaging, document management, technology, or related fields
β’ Proven track record of new business development β not just account management
β’ A competitive, resilient mindset with a burning desire to win
β’ Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to open doors at all levels
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
β’ Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
β’ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred, but results speak louder than credentials
