This full-time role typically includes assembling and inspecting hose products, operating equipment and tools safely, and preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Operators may also receive and organize inventory, label and store materials, and assist with loading and unloading products. Daily responsibilities include following established safety procedures, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and customer service standards. The role may require standing, lifting, and manual work throughout the shift, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and quality.

Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate basic warehouse and production equipment and tools (e.g., cutting, crimping, measuring devices) and follow standard operating procedures.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial and hydraulic hose components, fittings, and related materials.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, manage inventory, and meet production schedules.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to safety guidelines, use of personal protective equipment, and reporting of hazards.
