Midwest Heating Cooling & Plumbing is a Family owned and operated HVAC & Plumbing company. Our Plumbing Technicians our a crucial part of our production department. This position helps keep our relationships going strong with our long term customer base. Our Plumbing technicians are responsible for completing multiple jobs daily from minor repairs/maintenance to major repairs for existing and new customers each day. Due to the variety of tasks a Repair Tech can perform, there are different requirements and duties that are not listed but will need to be completed when assigned. Midwest having been family owned and operated for over six decades we understand the value in family and we respect the balance between work and family. Some Duties and Responsibilities
- Positive attitude with desire to grow and improve.
- Troubleshoot various issues
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Precise documentation of work performed.
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers and office staff.
- Ability to work late and/or start early on occasion when needed.
- Ability to be on call periodically thru out the year
- Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record
- Professional Appearance required
- Must be able to pass background & Drug test
- Master Plumber certification would be a plus

Experience:
- Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Journeyman Plumber (Preferred)
- Master Plumber (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
