Position Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Assistant who will provide continuous support and assistance for the QA projects and the QA Manager.

We are seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Assistant who will provide continuous support and assistance for the QA projects and the QA Manager.
Essential Job Duties:
- Regular worksite attendance.
- Maintain and manage QA records such as revision history of documents, registers for existing QA programs, and logs for daily quality checks
- Updating food safety/quality procedures and assisting with implementation of documents
- Assist with documenting and record keeping of existing products in the Approved Supplier Program and new products from Research and Development
- Assist, participate, or conduct internal audits in close liaison with QA Manager
- Prepare and review for approval from QA management, technical documents for manufacturing, R&D, and other food safety/quality related projects
- Assist in analyzing data and map out fluctuations and changes
- Overall daily duties related to maintaining general office procedures at the direction of management
- High School diploma or GED required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to set targets and work towards achieving daily, weekly, monthly goals
- Ability to work well with others and communicate issues in a timely manner
- Expert attention to detail and multitasking
