Fairways of Ironhorse senior Living is looking for an experienced Culinary Services Director for our beautiful community!
This person will oversee all FOH and BOH dining operations; including, but not limited to, the restaurant-style dining program, ancillary pub and coffee shop, specialty, and catered events. They oversee daily food production, kitchen staff and service staff, staffing, and scheduling both FOH and BOH operations.
This person should be able to have a good relationship with our residents. They should also be skilled in meal creation and show creativity in the kitchen.
