Bi-Lingual (Spanish)Certified Medical Assistant for busy fast-paced Hand Surgeon Office in Palos Heights. Work hours are M-F, 8:30am - 4:30pm No weekends.
The ideal candidate will utilize their core skills in medical administrative support, patient care, and EHR systems to provide essential healthcare services to our patients.
Candidates must have reliable transportation.
Duties include: Rooming patients; Scheduling and Securing pre-authorizations for surgeries; removing/applying dressings; wound care; assist physician with procedures (surgical experience a plus), Must know sterile technique, stock and clean exam rooms, procedure rooms, lab and other misc. duties.
Assist with compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and AAAASF.
Traveling to Elmhurst location when necessary is required of the position.
Must speak Spanish
