Midwest Grass & Forage in Macomb, IL is hiring a Experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. (40 hrs / week)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful service to our customers, and assist them in ordering.
- Manage all daily financial transactions and entries.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized, accurate tax and payroll records.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in bookkeeping or accounting, with degree or accounting certificate.
- Customer Service: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the agricultural industry is a plus.
