The **MGG Glazier 1 Apprenticeship Program** is a 2-year, state-certified certificate program. Apprentices will learn this critical construction trade from experienced master glaziers through a combination of classroom instruction and real-world field work. Participants will all be paired with an experienced mentor and can expect to develop skill in custom metal fabrication, commercial aluminum door and window installation, site safety, commercial construction communications, reading architectural plans and specs, heavy equipment operation, and architectural hardware installation and troubleshooting.
