Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, roofing, and other construction tasks as needed
- Clean and organize work areas to ensure efficiency and safety throughout the project
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different construction environments
