About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a management role in the Accommodation and Food Services industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing locations in the Accommodation and Food Services industry.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with marketing and promotional strategies.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
