About the Role:
As a District Manager in the Accommodation and Food Services industry, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations in the Beavercreek, Circleville, Greenville, Huber Heights, and Miamisburg areas. Your main objective will be to ensure that each location is operating efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of managers and employees, while also managing budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the Accommodation and Food Services industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience managing multiple locations
- Experience in the Accommodation and Food Services industry
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Experience with customer service and satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring that each location is meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer feedback and resolving issues as needed
Skills:

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
