Management restaurant experience is desired, preferably 1 to 3 years experience as a General Manager. Essential Functions:
- Previous GM experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum 2 years as a GM – demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop, and retain Team Members)
- Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost
- Proven ability to grow sales and control costs
- Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb
- A candidate who understands the GM Position requires flexibility with the schedule
- A candidate with dependable transportation
- A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their TEAM
- A candidate willing to travel to different store locations
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
3 – 5 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience)
HOURS
Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.

- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management.
