What You'll Do
Accounting Operations
- Lead day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support cash flow, working capital, and financial processes
Inventory & Cost Management
- Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and accuracy
- Analyze inventory and manufacturing variances
- Partner with operations to improve inventory control and cost visibility
Financial Analysis & Business Insight
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and performance analysis
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
- Provide actionable insights that support smarter decisions and continuous improvement
Controls & Compliance
- Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
- Support audit activities and ensure GAAP compliance
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Accounting, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff
- Serve as a trusted business partner across the organization
