Job Summary:
The Corporate Accounts Manager is responsible for managing high-value accounts across all Midwest brands, driving sales growth, and ensuring account profitability. This role involves strategic sales planning, account management, and fostering strong business relationships to maximize revenue and market share. The position requires extensive travel to meet with clients and develop long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure profitability and revenue growth.
- Oversee SKU maintenance, pricing schedules, and promotional schedules.
- Analyze sales performance and assist customers in optimizing profitability.
- Identify and remove unprofitable items from the product mix.
- Expand product categories with existing customers to increase sales.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate sales and field sales teams.
- Develop and present annual promotional strategies to clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with key clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Coordinate and attend trade shows for assigned accounts.
- Provide technical product knowledge and customer support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience managing corporate or high-value accounts preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
