While optical training will be a primary focus, this position may also support and develop team members in Patient Services and Clinical Technician responsibilities, creating a well-rounded and collaborative learning experience across the organization.

What You Will Do
- Deliver engaging and effective training to new hires following established training materials and learning pathways
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Optical while helping team members learn the fundamentals of Patient Services and Clinical Technician responsibilities
- Support Practice Managers with ongoing staff development and continued education
- Provide consistent updates regarding employee training, progress and performance
- Conduct staff assessments during key phases of training
- Assist with efficiency and workflow improvement projects through cloud application software and resource development
- Partner with leadership and the training team to support educational events and development initiatives
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused learning environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience in optometry or ophthalmology preferred
- Experience in Optical is a bonus and will serve as the primary training focus
- Training or coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in CompuLink software preferred
- Ability to adapt, motivate others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- Regional travel and occasional travel outside the region may be required
- Flexible scheduling may be necessary based on training and operational needs
