Position Summary: Bridgeview Eye Partners, backed by Sentinel Capital Partners, is building one of the nation's leading integrated eyecare platforms. The Analyst or Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will support the M&A function by executing acquisitions, financial modeling, and market analysis. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and private equity sponsor in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end M&A execution, including target evaluation, sourcing & origination support, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Conduct market mapping and pipeline development for new acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Manage transaction data, pipeline tracking, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence with legal, accounting, and operations.
• Contribute to post-close integration and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Exposure to healthcare or multi-site businesses preferred.
