JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI, 9:30am START TIME, $18/HR, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers for timely deliveries and pickups
- Handle incoming customer service phone calls with professionalism
- Communicate with customers via email regarding shipment details
- Process and manage paperwork related to shipments
- Coordinate and maintain clear communication with the warehouse team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in trucking or freight dispatch is required
- Strong attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multi-tasking environment
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent organizational and dependability skills
- Professional and pleasant phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
