The Shipping Administrator is responsible for maintaining records of inbound and outbound shipments, problem solving with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in related company records.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Verify and keeps records on outgoing shipments?
- Preparation and quality of shipping paperwork including packing slips, bill of ladings and other shipping documentation as necessary for outgoing shipments?
- Answer emails regarding shipped and tracking information?
- Daily entry and tracking of shipment information in various online platforms?
- Accurately labeling outbound shipments?
- Performs other duties as requested?

Education / Training Requirements

- Knowledge of safety in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.
